Description - The Society is established for the promotion and encouragement of the cultivation of Camellias by holding meetings and exhibitions of plants, flowers, display of floral art, the reading of papers and delivery of lectures at meetings.
A Camellia Show is held on the second weekend of July each year when hundreds of blooms are displayed, information given, plants sold and Camellias are shown as Bonsai Subjects and in Ikebana arrangement.
