We want to share updates regarding recent pricing adjustments from NBN Co. as part of NBN's Special Access Undertaking (SAU). The SAU provides the foundation for regulating pricing on the National Broadband Network (NBN), which has prompted a comprehensive overhaul of our NBN plans. Changes will see some pricing increases and decreases. These changes are designed to ensure you continue to receive the best possible value for your internet services. Here's a detailed breakdown:
Plans under 100Mbps (Basic Wireless, Basic 2, Wireless Plus and Standard):
- There will be an increase of $6 in monthly charges, with Basic 1 seeing a $16 increase.
Plans over 100Mbps (Fast 1, Fast 2 and SuperFast):
- Will experience a positive change! Monthly charges will decrease by $4, and UltraFast1 subscribers will enjoy a $9 reduction.
Plans have been consolidated:
12/1 plans, including Basic 1 will no longer be available.
- You can remain on this plan. The new monthly price will be $75.
- Our Basic25 plan is the same price. Contact us today if you would like to upgrade.
Fast2 and UltraFast2.
- Will only be available for business customers.
- You can remain on this plan. The new monthly price for Fast2 will be $95 ($4 decrease), and UltraFast2 will remain at $209.
The updated plans will be published on our website NBN Internet - Bendigo Telco, and these changes will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
